#40-7 Director of Client Relations- UT

Need someone who is very research focused, market research, customer oriented, has a passion for the customer and customer needs, is a good manager, knows processes, understands brand creation and retention.  Will be on a 'feedback loop' continuously surveying customers, sales reps, project managers, technical support.  Will understand marketing and manufacturing but will be intensely protecting and promoting the brand and the entire company.
     

Key is someone with a passion for the customer and has the ability to influence processes to serve the customer.  Will serve as Director of Project Managers who are the hub of a wheel with many spokes as they interface with all other internal departments.
     

Will have 3 main areas of focus:

1. Team Management: Oversee elements of a team of Project Managers and Personnel responsibility, coaching, primary hiring responsibility, 

2. Internal Escalation: Work with customers and with all internal groups to ensure on-time delivery and  superior quality.  Interface with other departments to negotiate lead times, shipping costs, and quality defect resolution.  Review, coordinate, and determine courses of action on on-time delivery misses, poor installation outcomes, etc.                                                                                                                 

3.Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvement in the Project Management group through incorporation of CRM systems and behaviors.  
     

Qualifications: Highly qualified general business management experience. Passion for customer service and love for working with people through solutions to complex problems. Ability to understand very technical & functional details of manufacturing.  Ability to lead continuous improvement groups and see changes through implementation.  Excellent negotiation skills.  Excellent communication skills.  Passionate customer service orientation and resourcefulness.  Ability to think abstractly about solutions to complex problems.  
    

Reports to Vice President of Client Relations and has the opportunity to grow into VP role. MBA preferred.  Relocation paid.  Base plus bonus.
