#25-3 NURSING FULL-TIME FACULTY- UT

SALARY: $75K

NURSING FULL-TIME FACULTY
QUALIFICATIONS
-  Masters degree in nursing or current enrollment in MSN program required.  Minimum of three (3) years of continuous full-time employment, preferably in the area supervised. At least one (1) year of adult instructional experience. Practical experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

JOB GOALS
- Provide effective leadership and coordination of instructional program. Establish and maintain an atmosphere of good human relations and professional growth for faculty and students. To achieve and maintain standards of excellence in teaching so each student derives the greatest academic benefit from the learning experience.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Teach courses as requested by Program Administrator/Department Chair

2. Coordinate course scheduling and instructor assignments each term

3. Recruit, develop, and supervise faculty as needed.

4. Develop, implement, and update course-specific curriculum for the program.

5. Participate in weekly Program Administrator Meeting.

6. Participate in monthly Advisory Committee Meetings.

7. Give input at Executive Board Meetings, as assigned.

8. Participate in quarterly Faculty Development Meetings.

9. Participate in annual Academic Affairs Council Meetings.

10. Conduct semi-annual Program Advisory Board Meetings.

11. Implement the college retention plan.

12. Provide academic counseling for students in the program.

13. Conduct an annual program review and present Annual Program Review Report to the Education Director.

14. Coordinate curriculum design in light of suggestions from the Curriculum Development Committee.

15. Observe and evaluate performance of faculty members as it pertains to their professional development.

16. Participate in commencement activities.

17. Prepare and manage program operating and capital expenditure budgets.

18. Manage student registration process for the program.

19. Work with College officers to coordinate efforts and ensure the program is in compliance with all accreditation standards.

20. Review institutional and program policies, procedures, and publications.

21. Create and implement an annual professional development plan and guide other faculty members in the same process.

22. Carry out other position-related responsibilities as requested by Program Administrator

 

#24-3 CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF NURSING- UT

 

SALARY: DOE

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited university required, Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred

2. Minimum of three (3) years of continuous full-time employment, or two to three (2-3) years of
administrative/supervisory experience. Preferably at the college level. Preferably in the area supervised.

3.Two years full time teaching experience in an approved nursing education program at or above the Associate Degree level.

4. Organizational skills and management experience including fiscal control.

5. Experience in academic administration, accreditation, and teaching at the collegiate level are essential

6. Documented experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

7. Documented knowledge and skills related to teaching adults and teaching methodology.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

9.Possess or be eligible for Utah registered nurse license.

10. Experienced in all aspects of program assessment. NLNAC experience preferred but not required.

16.Oversees the admission application selection process for all nursing students.

17. Work with College officers to coordinate efforts and ensure the nursing program is in compliance with all accreditation standards.  

18. Review institutional and program policies, procedures, and publications.

19. Create and implement an annual professional development plan and guide other faculty members in the same process.

20. Submits all reports required by the state and federal regulatory agencies.

21. Directs day-to-day activities of faculty and staff to optimize student outcomes in the Nursing program.

 

#11-5 Histopath Lab Director- UT

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

M.D. or D.O. with American Board of Pathology board certification or board eligibility in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. 

5+ to 7 years of experience,  Management Experience Required with Minimum Education - Doctoral.

Willingness to Travel - Occasionally 

Expertise in immunohistochemistry, tumor biomarkers, and clinical chemistry testing

Familiarity with molecular pathology tests using different nucleic acid-based methods

Experience in assay development and implementation in a CLIA laboratory environment

Laboratory Director experience in anatomic and/or clinical pathology is highly desirable
